Because we had more than 100 blogs submitted in our “share your link love” post from a couple of weeks ago, I’ve decided that Fridays (in association with #FollowFriday on Twitter) shall be an examination of one of the blogs left in the comments. Right now the decisions are up to me, which means they’ll likely be blogs I subscribe to and find interesting, but I can be bribed to include others. I mean, I DO live in Chicago.

I’m totally pimping out my friend Sharon Cain because she’s our equal in the United Kingdom and I really like the work they’re doing. As a country, the U.K. is a year or two behind what’s going on in the PR industry in the States, but Sharon and Quest PR are ahead of the trends. I love anyone who is innovative and forward-thinking and isn’t afraid to forge the path for others.

Sharon’s blog, Quest PR Blog, examines everything from why a business should have a blog, predictions for the industry in 2010 (guest blogged by yours truly), social media, media training, and the more traditional techniques of our industry.

If you’re interested in communication, public relations, social media, or business growth through online technologies, I recommend her blog. Plus, it has the added benefit of looking at things in a non-American way, which I love.
