It&#039;s been game-changing in many ways to re balance the power between customers and companies but in so many other ways the end result seems to be more about dragging someone through the mud than improving an experience or simply sharing a complaint.  To some extent, I don&#039;t believe anonymous postings should be supported. If you&#039;re going to go after an individual or company&#039;s professional reputation then I think think who you are should be transparent and available. After all, you can&#039;t cash a check without ID, you shouldn&#039;t be able to trash someone&#039;s reputation without it either.]]></description>
