Travis PetersonBy Gini Dietrich

You know what I love about Spin Sucks?

I have made SO MANY friends in the comments here. It’s pretty incredible, actually, and I’m not sure there is another site in our industry that can claim the same.

One of those friends is Travis Peterson. Though he has cautiously stuck his toe in the commenting waters, I’ve gotten to know him through email exchanges and every-so-often Zoom video chats.

Not only do we have a lot in common, business-wise, we have many of the same interests and passions.

Though I write this while it is snowing in Chicago and he comes to you from, well, here…

…we still like one another (though he does like to rub it in).

I’m excited to do the Inquisition on video with him so you can begin to like him as much as I do.

The Spin Sucks Inquisition

I asked Travis the normal questions (which you can find below):

  • Tell us who you are and what you do.
  • What is the biggest mistake you’ve made in the past six months?
  • What is one of the biggest trends you’ll be using this year?
  • What is one thing about yourself that would surprise most people?
  • What is the best book you’ve read in the last six months?
  • What is your latest Netflix binge?
  • The Five Second Rule.
  • Where can people find you online?

If you can’t access the video below, you can find it by clicking here.

And, because I tease him about it in the video, here is the house he built for his kids in the backyard:
