Absolutely love this post! To me this is the most important part of Social Media and so many people forget that! The connections that I have made online and taken ofline are the ones that are still going today. Sometimes it isn’t possible but even if it takes years, try to make it happen!

I really enjoy the fact that this is focused on brands. Everyone thinks they themselves can only connect with people, that is not true. One of my top Social Media best practices is put a person behind your brand, add personality and give your logo a voice.
