My entire career has been defined by this - whether I am being hired by a friend or am looking for friends to work with like you and Gini.

The digital world for me makes it easier to get close to this equation especially when it comes to building as you say &quot;brand champions&quot;.  Amazing food for thought and words of wisdom for us all.
