I wanted to write about where social media might be going and always came back to the idea that we still have to understand how to do &quot;now&quot; correctly. One thing you are very right about - this whole online phenomenon is only about having better conversations with our customers, our prospects, our employees, our stakeholders, our peers, and our competition...by using the tools that are available to make us more efficient. The idea behind social media is one that&#039;s been around as long as humans; it&#039;s the tools that have changed.
