The thought of “Build it, and they will come” is one that very rarely exists.

I am also a big fan of the practice that the project manager should be spending more time than the producers. Give people a reason to participate, and even more to interact and engage. If you don’t care about the sourced materials being submitted, why should people car enough to create them?
