#FollowFriday: A Complete List
It’s Christmas Eve so I’m cheating. Rather than do a normal a #FollowFriday for today, I’m giving you a complete list of all of the blogs I’ve recommended since I began doing this in March. Wow! I’ve been doing this since March. You’re going to find Twitter handles hyperlinked to people’s names and their blog URLs hyperlinked to their blog names (or taglines – those darn Canadians don’t follow the rules!).
If I had more time, I’d pull these into Twitter and Google Reader lists to make this super easy on you, but alas! I’ve run out of time. Perhaps I’ll do that next week.
So here they are…the people (with Twitter handles) and their blogs (with links).
- Sharon Cain, Quest PR Blog
- Scott Hepburn, Media Emerging
- Jon Buscall, Jontus Media
- Mark Schaefer, Businesses {grow}
- Danny Brown, The Human Side of Media and the Social Side of Marketing (I think that’s more his tagline than name, but you get the gist)
- Arik Hanson, Communications Conversations
- Jay Baer, Convince and Convert
- Rieva Lesonsky, Small Biz Daily
- Julie Roads, Writing Roads
- Nancy Lyons and Meghan Wilker, Geek Girls Guide
- Anonymous, Convenience Store Dreamin’
- Jeannie Walters, 360 Connext
- Marijean Jaggers, Change the Conversation
- David Spinks, The Spinks Blog
- Frank Dickinson, Creating Conversations In a World of Chatter (another tagline)
- Jeff Lipschultz, The Bike Whisperer
- Angelica Colantuoni, The Chic Fit
- Randy Hall, 4th Gear
- Shelly Kramer, V3IM
- Doug Davidoff, The Fast Growth
- Becky Johns, I’m Working On It
- Tim Jahn, Beyond the Pedway
- Troy Claus, Marketing and Branding the Right Way to Success (yep…another tagline)
- Mitch Joel, Six Pixels of Separation
- PR Breakfast Club
- Shonali Burke, Waxing Unlyrical
- Ingrid Abboud, Nitty Griddy
- David Siteman Garland, Smarter, Faster, Cheaper (his new book; not a blog)
- Valeria Maltoni, Conversation Agent
Merry Christmas!
P. S. There will be no Top Five list this week.

I'm way late on commenting on this because of the staycation thing (you know all about that, Gini!). Thank you very much - I have really enjoyed getting to know you over the last few months and am looking forward to our first IRL meeting!
Thanks for this Gini! I appreciated being on the list SOOOO much. You've done a lot to send traffic my way this year and I've enjoyed getting to know you across the Atlantic. Love the debate, the dialogue and your friendship. Love what you do !
@jonbuscall I LOVED getting to know you this year, Jon! Happy New Year!
Thanks for this post. I found some more (hopefully) interesting people to follow.
@vacshackcom I hope they're interesting too! :)
You know I've followed many of the people on this list -- BECAUSE they are on this list?
@OneJillian Oh jeez. No pressure. :) Hope you had a very Merry Christmas!
Love the Chrsitmas video. Thanks so much for featuring me Gini. Getting to connect with you has truly been a highlight of my year!!
@markwschaefer Jeez. You need a life. :) Getting a handwritten note from you was the highlight of my year!
Hi Gini Gin Gin,
This is a great list (many of which I already read and some that I don't - yet, but now will start). And I'm honored to be included. Spin Sucks is always on the top of my "don't miss" reading list well, because you rock. Of course. And getting to know you these past several years has been a great gift for me. Happy holidays to you, my friend, and here's to a happy and healthy and prosperous New Year!
Shelly
@ShellyKramer
@ShellyKramer You crack me up! I ADORE you and have loved getting to know you better through Twitter, Facebook, and your blog! Hugs to your family ... and Happy New Year!
Love the list!!! ....Love @HowieG 's conversation between Santa & the reindeer!! I'd love a Porsche, too!!
But, most of all, I want to wish YOU, Mr. D., and JB a beautiful Christmas and a New Year that surpasses 2010!!!!
May all of your wishes come true!!
@JoyFull_deb @HowieG Please don't encourage Howie. He doesn't need it! Hope you both have a very happy New Year!!
Did you warn everyone on this list about me before you put this list out? Question really is will Santa view me as his gift to the listees thus having less people he has to visit tonight?
Rudolph - Santa why are we bypassing Shelly Kramer's house?
Santa - @ginidietrich took care of things she connected with Plus this new Porsche was getting I want for myself.
Rudolph- new Porsche?
Santa - yes and if it works out I can lay off the reindeer for next year. Its retrofitted to work on land, air and sea! Didn't you notice the sleigh was lighter than expected Rudolph ?
Blitzen - what is this talk about a Porsche?
Santa - don't you worry Blitzen I have plans for you. @dabitch makes an incredible Yuletide Smörgåsbord with Smoked Reindeer Hearts, Reindeer File, and Reindeer Soup.
Blitzeen and Rudolph in unison - What what what?!!!
Santa - In Sweden they find you tasty! Plus I can help pay for the Porsche. Anyway nevermind just keep flying!!!
Merry Christakwanzhanukfestivus everyone.
@HowieG You know, you have a point. Before I do any #FollowFriday, I should preface it with, "Please go ahead and block @skypulsemedia . It's for your own good."
@ShellyKramer @ginidietrich I am so lucky I am not Christian. I would get coal every year. When Santa never visits during one's life his absence can not be missed! Plus means I get to eat the cookies myself. =)
That was really funny post Livefyre User! ;-)
And oh my there are so many reindeer recipes on the web!
@HowieG @ginidietrich "What a selfish, selfish boy you are, Howie" said Santa to the Rapscallion. You know that wasn't me who wanted the new Porsche, it was you. And you're trying to use those powers of "spin" that you <think you> have to twist the situation and cast me in a bad light.
Well, here's the thing, LiveFyre user or not, Shelly Kramer knows, as does everyone else, that you're a lying sack of broken Christmas presents (with some dog poop tossed in for good measure) and that nobody's getting a Porsche (me included - Dude, I'm the King of Green, don'tcha know it? And this sleigh of mine is a Green Mobile Extraordinaire).
In fact, you're not only not getting a Porsche, I'm going to make all your hair fall out in the coming year, your gut expand by 5 inches and your you-know-what shrinky dink dink. That'll teach you to spread false tales about me and scare the hell outta my reindeer.
Merry Christmas, Gini! You, my dear, are a very good girl. Now run along and make me some cookies.
Love,
Santa
P.S. Don't be alarmed, Shelly Kramer is my very, very good friend and close confidante, so she graciously allowed me to use her account to knock you back down to size - where you belong.
@ginidietrich See this is a huge problem with Livefyre I can't edit! I guess @shellykramer doesn't have a Livefyre account? Or its a different handle? Because She is "Livefyre" user! and now I can't fixe it and Christmas is ruined! 8(
No gifts for anyone. Time for Spring. Carry on.
