#FollowFriday: Jeannie Walters

By: Gini Dietrich | August 6, 2010 |

More than a year ago, a bunch of my worlds began to collide and Jeannie Walters was in the middle of them. Having met some of her Vox colleagues, then discovering she was the college roommate of a friend I worked with in Kansas City, then realizing we ran in the exact, same circles and knew all of the same people, it was fate. Now my soul sister, bosom buddy, and (hopefully) a soon-to-be Global Domination partner, Jeannie’s fabulous blog, 360 Connext, is today’s #FollowFriday.

360 Connext is Jeannie’s business, which just celebrated it’s one year birthday, and focuses on the user experience, from a customer perspective. Really smart and wickedly funny, Jeannie draws upon her expertise, her life, and her clients to bring you a service-oriented user experience.

If you have customers (don’t we all?), reading her blog will help you think about service to them in a different way. You’ll begin to realize what you think you’re doing right may not be so, but she gives you the tools to make the experience of working with you nearly perfect.

So follow Jeannie on Twitter, check out Connext 360, and subscribe to her blog! You are guaranteed to learn a thing or two you never considered.

  • Gini – This is one of the nicest surprises I’ve ever gotten. Thank you. I never know what discussing customer experience will bring – but our discussions about it are some of the best things! It is amazing to think back to when our worlds started to collide. My world is better for it! Thank you, Gini. 🙂
