#FollowFriday: Jon Buscall

Jon BuscallOne of the things I love about Twitter is it truly flattens out the world.

One example of the global reach it’s provided me is access to Jon Buscall, a communications professional in Sweden. And he is today’s #FollowFriday blog recommendation.

I subscribe to a zillion blogs, but Jon’s is one of the few I read daily (the others I save for “downtime” at airports or on planes). A fantastic mix of tips and tools, as well as very high-level strategy opinion, you’ll not only learn something, you’ll begin to really like the guy.

And, if you’re not sure about your own content – what to write, how to write it, what to say – he gives phenomenal advice in getting started, writing headlines, using tools other than just blogging.

So go check out Jontus Media now, subscribe, read, comment, and if you’re really lucky, he’ll tell you who the pup is on his home page.

I really appreciate the introduction to Jon and his blog. His last article was really relevant for me as someone who just started blogging. I am really impressed how you are using your blog to promote social media and those who are helping others to better understand it. Thanks

Jon is great! I got to know him recently (actually found him through you in a previous post, Gini) and he is one of the coolest people I've interacted with in the PR world.

And that's an adorable basset.

Thanks for the intro Gini to Jon and his take on our industry. Just signed up for his newsletter and am looking forward to seeing what to reading his advice on how to attract, engage and develop relationships with my online audience.

I'm liking the fact that you have narrowed the focus for #FF to one here and that there is a bit more "meat" as to why you Follow and why you are sharing. Looking forward to who's next on the "Gini Hit List". Cheers, Andy
