The Oatmeal is pure genius. I adore him, his dog, and his love of all things Tesla. Howie- yes!!! The perception that people are saving is an incredible motivator. I can never understand how people will take their time and drive around to look for the “lowest” price on gas or goods, never factoring in the waste of gas or the value of their own time. (Bee tee dubs, Howie- your link wouldn’t work without registering…so I didn’t read it. Full disclosure.) Funny- I expect 900 people to sign up for The Facebook! That article was published in 2004, but the comments start at 3 years ago…
