Tressa Robbins
A professional and social mentor, Tressa Robbins, BurrellesLuce vice president of Client Onboarding & Implementation, has been in the public relations and marketing business for over 20 years. Prior to joining BurrellesLuce in 1998 she held an array of public relations, marketing and communications-related positions. A Missouri native, Robbins has long been active in public relations and regional business groups, including the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) having served as a board member and past president of the St. Louis Chapter. She mentors students involved in Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA), serves as professional adviser for the Southeast Missouri State University PRSSA chapter and is a member of Champions for PRSSA. Robbins has been a guest speaker and panelist on traditional and social media strategies at a number of events and conferences. In addition, she has been a commentator on media relations and social media for the BurrellesLuce blog, and a guest contributor to PRSA’s blog, comPRehension, as well as others. She is an ardent social media user, frequently participating in #PRStudChat and other industry-related Twitter chats, as well as Facebook and LinkedIn groups.
