The Spin Sucks Implementation Team serves as the PESO Model© integration partner for client organizations, providing strategic consulting, tools, and guidance. We are responsible for ensuring that clients successfully adopt, adapt, and scale PESO-aligned programs that drive measurable business outcomes.

The Account Manager plays a critical role in supporting PESO Model integration across client engagements. Working alongside the Account Director, this role helps ensure that client strategies are translated into actionable plans, aligned across teams, and executed to align with established goals. The Account Manager serves as a detail-oriented coordinator, a proactive guide, and a trusted partner in delivering outcomes tied to the PESO Model framework. This role directly supports the PESO Model adoption journey within organizations, helping clients build integrated, results-driven marketing and communications programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support PESO Model implementation planning, client education, and campaign coordination
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and internal coordination
  • Draft and manage briefs, status updates, and reports
  • Liaise with subject matter experts across content, SEO, media, and analytics
  • Conduct content research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to implementation best practices
  • Collaborate with client-side teams to facilitate timelines, workflows, and milestone tracking
  • Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day client needs and coordination across functions
  • Maintain current PESO Model expertise through continuous learning, including regular engagement with the Spin Sucks blog and community
  • Comfortably use or explore AI tools to support measurement, content optimization, and workflow efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, communications, or agency account management
  • Hands-on familiarity with campaign workflows across PESO Model channels
  • Experience supporting or coordinating multi-channel content or media programs
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and dependencies with poise
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation, and quality assurance
  • Eagerness to learn and apply strategic frameworks in a consultative setting
  • Ability to interface with both internal teams and client stakeholders professionally

Reporting Line: Reports to Account Director

Location: Remote, with periodic travel for client engagements and team offsites

Certification Requirement: Candidates with an active PESO Model Certification© are preferred
