#FollowFriday: Liz ReusswigAt the now infamous Social Slam, where I keynoted last year, I met one Ms. Liz Reusswig in the lobby of the hotel.

Our fate was sealed from that moment on.

A communicator and marketer by heart, she not only runs a boutique agency focusing on those services for clients, she founded Kids Theatre News.

Which makes total sense. If you missed her daughters performing in a recent Gin and Topics, I highly recommend you go back and watch it (they’re in the number three spot). They are not only adorable (and I want to kidnap them), they are extremely talented.

So it makes sense their talented, wonderful, charming mother would create a “one-stop shop” for all your theatre news. It only serves central Pennsylvania right now, but if I know Liz, it’ll eventually branch out and become the place for all things good and fair in kids theatre.

Liz at Work

In her work life, Liz has quite a bit of experience working with politicians and the government (poor thing), but also spends a good amount of her time volunteering for youth organization, such as Junior Achievement and The Children’s Center.

This is good! She’s raising the next generation of politicians and, if she has any say about it, I know they’ll be strong, ethical, worldly-minded individuals.

Liz is, hands-down, on of the most charismatic, grounded people you’ll ever meet. She is the person who learns a little bit about you and then uses that information to provide thoughtful messages, comments, and gifts.

Don’t get me wrong. She also has a snarky (witty?) side that is hilarious and sometimes non-sensical. She definitely knows how to stir the pot and keep it active…which, as we all know, is something I love to do as well.

Liz Online

I highly recommend you get to know her. She’s funny and she’s smart so she’s a great combination of someone you want in a friend.

You can find her on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+, Pinterest, and on her blog.

Don’t worry if you don’t love PR, marketing, or theater. You can talk to Liz about almost anything. And you’ll want to because she’s a ton of fun to have around!
