What is the first thing you think of when you hear “Gen Y”? Almost unanimously, the first adjective that comes to mind is “entitled.” Yep, Generation Y is arrogant, conceited, ungrateful, and demands instant gratification. We know more than you, we’re better than you, so if you could just accept that, we’d all be a lot better off, and working together would be so much easier. (more…)
