During one of the very first interactions I had with Brankica Underwood, she mentioned she is married to a blue-eyed prince.

I don’t know why that immediately endeared me to her, maybe because there aren’t a lot of people who not only talk about their spouse, but are completely in love, but I find it hopelessly romantic.

But, to look at her, to follow her on Twitter, to read her blog, to know that she’s a sharp-shooter, you’d think she is anything but a hopeless romantic.

This girl is bad ass.

And her blog is full of bad ass tips.

She is, after all, where I learned that I could have Spin Sucks delivered on the Kindle.

She does some things that are really interesting…things you should shamelessly steal.

For instance, the URL she links to from her Twitter bio is to a page devoted specifically to what you can expect if you follow her. It’s a manifesto, of sorts, of how she’ll treat you if you’re connected.

She makes it SUPER easy to figure out how to subscribe (a good majority of bloggers don’t do this).

And she gives you downloads to software and freebies that will help you generate more traffic, increase your SEO, or even create blogging topics.

Because she has lots of buttons on the blog for you to click and download, some of you are going to go there now, glance at it, and then email me that you’re disappointed I recommended someone who is generating sales for herself (not, you know, that that has ever happened- cough, cough).

I want you to look deeper. It’s completely about helping YOU with your blogging. The buttons are there for your good, not hers.

There isn’t anything self-serving about Bran or her blog.

So follow her on Twitter, read and subscribe to her blog, like her Facebook fan page, and get to know her. If you don’t, she’s going to teach me how to shoot and I will come after you. And then you will regret it (Davina Brewer, I need an acronym for that!).
