It’s Friday already, which means you get to meet another member of our community.

I first met Paula Kiger on Twitter as Big Green Pen (turns out, that’s her favorite color pen to use). We’ve been chatting there for a while, but she’s a recent addition to the Spin Sucks community.

In fact, she’s one of the few who follows the rules on The Three Things every Sunday and provides us with an article, podcast, or video in exchange for our three links. We love that!

She lives in Tallahassee, is the mother of two, a wife, a runner, a blogger, holds two degrees, a writer, a reader, a proofreader, holds book club at the women’s prison, and has been instrumental in taking Florida Healthy Kids Corporation from fledgling to a real program that helps uninsured kids.

Most recently, she participated in a big farewell to the ABC affiliate’s weatherman, who is moving to Memphis to work for the affiliate there, which I find really fun and interesting. I’m pretty sure if an anchor left Chicago, no one would notice, but this community is sad to see Sean Parker go. (more…)
