We’ve all thought about it.
Going it alone. Self-employment.
Starting an agency. Ruling the world.
People make a lot of mistakes when they launch their own businesses. Wouldn’t it be better to learn from someone else, rather than make them yourself?
When I was thinking about giving up what was a very good, lucrative career in newspaper and digital publishing to go work for Gini Dietrich, one of the things I looked at was her business acumen.
She’s not perfect. She’s made her share of mistakes, but what impressed me is she learned from them. She struggled through hard times and beat the odds. She expressed to me a vision that showed me she knew where she wanted to go with the company.
So I bit.
Our New Webinar Series
We are launching a new webinar series on the topic of entrepreneurship.
Each month, sessions will focus on different topics, but the bottom line is this: With these webinars, you get an opportunity to learn from someone who has been in the trenches, facing trials and tribulations, while establishing a strong and growing company.
She’s a CEO, blogger, author, and highly sought-after public speaker. She’s also all about teaching and education, and this is an extension of that.
Gini is honest and transparent, and very willing to share the lessons she’s learned.
In the April session, she’ll share the good, the bad, and the downright ugly! She attended the school of hard knocks of entrepreneurship so you don’t have to.
This session will be different. You and a handful of other people – 10 total, including Gini – will engage in an intimate and up close conversation about going into business.
Unlike most webinars where you watch a presentation and might have time for a question or two, this will be a roundtable lasting about an hour.
You won’t just ask questions, you will engage in a conversation with Gini and several other like-minded people with your same entrepreneurial spirit.
It is meant to solve problems, study challenges, motivate, and inspire.
You won’t want to miss this one.
The Nitty Gritty
The first session is April 30 at 12 noon.
The focus will be on the challenges you should anticipate when going into business, as well as other things that might not cross your mind as you launch your company.
The fee is only $249, which is a very low price considering the information you will gain and the potential for life-long connections with Gini and the other attendees.
You may register at this link. Don’t delay as space is limited and filling fast.
And, be on the lookout for more in this new series of Intimate and Interactive webinars!
